Reverse lock on the drive leg failed and Doublewide picked where she wanted to be tied up. Luckily some other boat had not 'picked' the spot first. It was just luck that I managed to hit obliquely, but still managed to bump her nose and bend the screecher track. The rubrail can be pounded back in and the screecher functions fine and the rail appears to have no structural damage. It is just now an 'asymetrical screecher rail'. It turned out to be a pretty good place to tie up, but dang! |
